We have taken the classic cheese steak recipe and given it a California twist. Grilled beef rib-eye, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and more, seasoned to perfection and topped with Provolone cheese on a toasted Italian roll. We also serve Hot Chicken and Pastrami options as well as a full menu of cold sandwiches and sides.
